The portrayal of a famous photo taken during the military dictatorship in Argentina in 1976. During this time the military set up clandestine camps all around the country, in the camps they tortured and killed people that were against the military- the ones they called leftist but were young people and students, mothers, and teachers. It is estimated that roughly 30,000 people were disappeared by the military. This piece is called dibujos para la memoria, drawings for our memory, so that we never forget what happened and we never let it repeat.
